The camp is open to Pony Club members rated D2 and up and Horse Masters. All but the youngest campers should be able to handle all basic aspects of their horse care and personal care with minimal assistance.


Six hours of mounted instruction with Pony Club National Examiners, and scheduled unmounted education sessions on a variety of Horse Management topics.

Getting to Silverwood Farm is easy!  Just follow the directions below or use any of the internet maps and dirving directions.  Note that for the internet directions the city and Zip are different then the mailing address.


From I94: -Exit Hwy C west to Rt.83, North 1/3 mile to SA west (left) 2.5 miles to AH turn left,  mile to farm on right.

From Richmond, IL: Rt 173 east to Wilmot Rd (North) to town of Wilmot. At second stop sign-Hwy C turn Right (east) to B turn (left) to AH turn right, mile to the farm on the left.
